Competed in the World Poweman series in Switzerland, France, Spain, Austria, Italy, USA, Germany, New Zealand, Canary Islands & Australia. Recorded one of the highest V02 Max levels of 85mL/kg in Australia with the University of NSW. Founded Complete Fitness Australia Pty Ltd, (CFA) in Australia in 1996. Secured the National corporate program contract in 1997 for Australian Dairy Farmers Group. Secured the national corporate training program for ADCO Construction Group in 1998. Most memorable: cycling around the Lakes of Interlaken in Switzerland with wife Samantha Currently training to compete in professional Ultra trail Marathon events of 50km-300km.
